I first learned about reborn dolls back in 2005 while looking for a doll for my my daughter for Christmas on E Bay. What I found was beautiful babies that I thought were real and maybe Ebay was holding a baby contest.


While reading the descriptions of the pictures one word kept popping up, reborn. I was fascinated that people were taking ordinary dolls and changing them into what looks like a real newborn.
I believe that is when AnglesCrossing Nursery was born.

Hi my name is Tamara Smith. I have celebrated 28 years of marriage to my wonderful husband who totally supports me in making these wonderful works of art.

Two beautiful adult children with special needs who still live at home with us and their associated pets. I have a wonderful life and love my family very much.

God is the foundation of my life and AngelsCrossing Nursery. Without him I could not do this and it would be meaningless.

I enjoy going to my church and the related activities, listening to Southern Gospel music, gardening and of course making these special little ones. Picnics with my family and family time is very important also.

I want you to know that my babies are made with a whole lot of love and happiness with top quality products so that when you buy one of my babies you will be able to pick your baby up for years to come and rock and pat its little back and tushie and all your little baby memories of earlier times will bring a smile to your face.

I want you to remember holding your baby for the first time, the wonder of new life, looking down at your baby while they are sleeping and wonder how did I make something so beautiful, walking and holding and rocking that precious life, as they started growing all the wonder on their face of this new world all waiting for them to explore, starting that first day of school and letting them go for the first time still all full of wonder of things to come. Through the years all your memories of your child the firsts, the special moments or sayings that only your child could give you and finally being able to start it all over again as your child has their first child.


This is what I like to think happens when a new mommy picks up an AngelsCrossing Nursery baby.
